1. Service Overview

By purchasing a Done-For-You Course Package, you agree to receive a fully created online course (or multiple courses depending on your package), including course structure, materials, and setup support as outlined on the sales page.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upfront to secure your slot.
• Work will not begin until payment has been received.
• All payments are non-refundable due to the time, digital work, and resources involved.

3. Turnaround Time

• Estimated turnaround times are:
  • 5 courses: 14 - 30 working days
  • 10 courses: 30 - 45 working days
• Timeframes may vary depending on workload and client responsiveness.
• Delays in communication or missing information may extend delivery time.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate course manuals, photos, videos, branding and any required information when requested
• Respond to communication in a timely manner
• Ensure you are qualified to teach the courses you are requesting

Failure to provide required information may result in delays.

5. Revisions & Edits

• This service includes one round of minor revisions per course (if needed).
• Additional revisions or major changes may incur an extra fee.
• Once final files are delivered, further edits are not included.

6. Content Creation Disclaimer

• Course materials are created based on industry standards and general knowledge.
• You are responsible for ensuring all content aligns with your teaching methods, qualifications, and insurance requirements.  If the course is accredited with IBA, we will verify the course for you.
• Final approval of all content lies with you.

7. Accreditation Disclaimer

• This service does not automatically include accreditation.
• If you are working with an accreditation body (such as IBA), it is your responsibility to ensure all requirements are met.
• Guidance may be provided, but accreditation approval is not guaranteed.

8. Platform Integration

• Courses can be uploaded to your chosen platform (e.g. Kartra). It is your responsibilty to pay your subscription fees to your chosen platform.
• You must provide access/login details where required.
• Basic setup is included; advanced funnels or automation may require additional services.

9. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you are granted full rights to use your course materials for your own business.
• The creator (service provider) retains the right to use non-sensitive examples for portfolio or promotional purposes.

10. Non-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature and time investment of this service:

• All sales are final
• No refunds will be issued once work has commenced

11. Communication & Support

• All communication will take place via agreed channels (e.g. email, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Support is provided throughout the build process and during handover
• Ongoing support beyond completion may require an additional fee

12. Limitation of Liability

• The service provider is not responsible for:
  • Course sales performance
  • Business outcomes or income generated
  • Platform issues outside of control

Results depend on your marketing, pricing, and business strategy.

13. Right to Refuse Service

The service provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel a project if:

• The request falls outside scope
• There is inappropriate behaviour
• Payment terms are not met

14. Agreement

By purchasing this service, you confirm that:

• You have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
• You understand the scope of the service
• You accept all policies outlined above
